Scope of this policy

This policy covers the Blackbelt resources site, including its public pages, calculators, and any form, upload, or request you submit through it. Blackbelt is a business-to-business site: it's built for advertisers, agencies, and media buyers evaluating gaming ad placements, not for consumers.

Information we collect

Blackbelt doesn't require an account. The information we have about you comes from what you choose to submit through the site's forms and tools:

• Contact details. When you request a calculator report, a case study, or more information, we collect the work email (and, where a form asks for it, name or company) you provide.
• Campaign submissions. Tools like Campaign Launcher and the deal-activation flow collect the contact email, and any creative assets, brand names, or campaign details, you submit to generate a preview or process a request.
• Basic technical data. Like most sites, our server sees the IP address behind a request. We use it only to protect the service, for example to limit how many report requests come from the same address in a short window, and don't build profiles from it.
• KPI Booster usage data. The KPI Booster tool specifically uses a third-party analytics service to record how that tool is used, for example which fields are filled in and whether a report is requested. This is tied to a device identifier, not your name, unless you also submit the report request form.

How we use this information

We use the information above to:

• respond to your inquiry or send the report, case study, or preview you requested;
• generate the specific calculator result, campaign preview, or activation request you asked for;
• follow up about a request you submitted, for example to schedule a call about it;
• maintain the security and reliability of the site, including preventing abuse of its forms.

We don't use the information you submit through Blackbelt to sell to unrelated third parties, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles about you.

Cookies and tracking

The KPI Booster tool uses a third-party analytics service to understand how that tool is used. This may set a cookie or similar identifier in your browser. As of the date at the top of this page, no other page on Blackbelt runs analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this section first.

How we share information

We share information only where it's needed to operate the site or as the law requires:

• Service providers. We use outside providers to deliver the emails you request, to store submitted campaign assets and requests, to route certain requests into our internal workflow tools, and (on KPI Booster specifically) to measure how that tool is used. They can only use your information to provide that service to us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Monetizr, our users, or the public.
• Business changes. If Monetizr were involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information collected here could be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We don't sell the personal information we collect through this site.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit only as long as it's needed for the purpose you submitted it for, for example to respond to your inquiry or to keep a record of a deal-activation request. Some campaign preview links and their associated files are generated to expire automatically after a limited period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless we're required to keep it longer by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over the personal information we hold about you, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. This can include rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation and other similar laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit, including the rate limits and expiring links described above. No method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

Monetizr and the service providers described above may process information in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we take steps intended to keep that information protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Children's privacy

Blackbelt is directed at business professionals and isn't intended for, or knowingly targeted at, children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Blackbelt's tools and practices evolve. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
